About

Where rigorous research meets real-world venture building

I am a Brazilian-born entrepreneur, doctoral researcher and educator based in Sydney, Australia, with 18+ years of experience across supply chain, research and entrepreneurship. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, entrepreneurship and technology.

Before founding my own ventures, I built a career in supply chain and operations at Itautec, Leroy Merlin Brazil and Avon in Brazil, and at Next3PL and Coco Republic in Sydney, followed by consulting work at Unchained Solutions helping Australian organisations respond to the Modern Slavery Act and build more responsible supply chains.

Today I direct On Codes, the company I founded in 2020, and lead Builder Lab, helping companies and first-time founders turn opportunities into real products, while completing a Doctorate in Business focused on corporate accountability and supply chain transparency.

I hold a Postgraduate Specialization in Industrial Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), a 2-year program, and completed the Business Logistics program at FGV (2012).

Purpose & Leadership

Building with purpose

Faith, family and community are at the centre of how I lead. They shape the ventures I choose to build, the people I choose to serve and the way I measure success.

I care deeply about supporting the Brazilian community in Australia, especially entrepreneurs and leaders who want to build with integrity, and about putting technology to work for churches, ministries and NGOs.

  • Technology that serves people
  • Clarity before building
  • Integrity in business and research
  • Faith, family and community

Core message

“AI has made it easier to create. But it doesn't choose, for you, the problem worth solving.”

— Talita Meira

Research gives clarity. Entrepreneurship gives it life. Purpose gives it direction.
